Iran is the largest and influential in the region: Kuwait FM

Kuwait Foreign Minister stressed the need for regional stability and reiterate that Iran is the largest and influential country of the region.
Iran Foreign Minister, Ali Akbar Salehi following his meeting on the sidelines of the 11th Asia Cooperation Dialogue (ACD) conference in Dushanbe, Tajikistan met and talked separately with Foreign Minister of Kuwait, Afghanistan and the Chairman of the Board of Investment Development Organization of Oman.

During his meeting with Sabah al-Khalid al-Hamad al-Sabah, Kuwait FM, Ali Akbar Salehi emphasized continuation of bilateral consultations for regional developments.

Iran Foreign Minister in connection with regional developments reiterated the need to resolve the Syrian crisis through political dialogue and without foreign intervention.

Al-Sabah also called the meetings and talks between the two countries “very beneficial.”
