Velayati condemns crimes in Afghanistan’s Mirza Olang

Iranian Leader’s senior adviser Velayati posted a message condemning the recent massacre of civilians in Afghanistan’s Mirza Olang village.

“Mirza Olang village of Afghanistan is witnessing, these days, painful disasters and crimes which scratch the heart of any free person in the world,” reads the opening of a post published on the Instagram account of the Head of the Strategic Research Center of Iran’s Expediency Council, Ali Akbar Velayati, “a massacre conducted by the sinister and criminal hands of Taliban and ISILpp who slaughter children and hold carnage.”

The Leader’s senior adviser strongly condemned the terrorist attack on Mirza Olang village in the Afghan northern province of Sar-i-Pul.

“They execute groups of the wronged and Muslim people with firing squads; they create displacement and captivity, however in an indescribable silence of the world, the international referents, the so-called human rights watchdogs, some western countries with bogus call of war on terror,” regrets the Iranian official, “apparently, it is not least expected from those who hold double standards in fighting terrorism, extremism, and Takfirism.”

“The Islamic Republic of Iran condemns any terrorist attack at any form in anywhere, whether in Afghanistan, Syria, and Iraq, or in Paris, Berlin, and London,” underlined the former foreign minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, “and with total honesty and with the goal of defending the wronged people, [the Islamic Republic of Iran] has fought against these savage terrorists, and extremist and Takfirist movements and assuredly if it was not for these efforts of Iran, today we would have witnessed the disintegration of the legitimate governments and countries and the spread of aggression and savagery in many countries of the region and the world.”

“This horrific and disastrous crime which bears no precedence in the last couple of years in Afghanistan is categorically condemned,” asserted Mr. Velayati, “and the local and national officials of that country are expected to take immediate actions to sort out the disastrous humanitarian conditions in that region and free the claimed areas from the terrorists of Taliban and the ISIS.”
