A number of militants of the so-called ‘Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant’ (ISIL) terrorist group was killed following heavy clashes against the Syrian army in Huwejat Sagr in the city of Deir Ezzor, amid other confrontations taking place in Rashdiyya and Sinaa’ neighborhoods.
