Occupied Quds City Targeted by Palestinian Missile

A Palestinian missile struck a target in a Southern neighborhood of Occupied Quds (also known as Beitol-Moghaddas or Jerusalem) on Tuesday.

This was a second time that a missile fired by the Palestinian resistance movements hit the city which is 80 kilometers away from Gaza, the Israeli media reported.

Earlier in the day, an Israeli was killed and a Zionist army officer injured in the Palestinian missile strikes on Israeli settlements near Gaza.

Also today, the military branch of the Palestinian Popular Resistance Committees (PRC) announced that it had fired rockets at an Israeli intelligence base.

The Nasser Salahuddin Brigades, a military branch of the PRC, said it targeted the Orim base which is working under the Israeli military intelligence system with Grad rockets, the Lebanese satellite television Al-Manar reported.

Palestinian resistance forces have resumed firing rockets at Israeli targets since today after Israel continued bombardment of different parts of the Gaza Strip.

Also a large number of Israeli settlers in southern Palestinian occupied territories left their houses after the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, started rocket attacks to respond to Israel’s aggression on the Gaza Strip.

Over 115 Palestinians have been killed and more than 900 others injured in the new wave of Israeli aggressions against the Gaza Strip since Wednesday.

Israel triggered the new round of its assaults against Gazans by assassinating the military chief of the ruling Hamas group on Wednesday followed by dozens of airstrikes on Gaza.

In response, the Palestinian groups have fired more than 1,200 missiles and rockets at Israel. Several Israelis have been killed and about 100 others wounded since Israel initiated the attacks.
