Zionist regime forces opens fire at Palestinian farmers east of Khan Younis

The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) opened fire at Palestinian farmers working on their lands east of Khan Younis to the east of the Gaza Strip.

Eyewitnesses reported that Israeli military vehicles stationed across the border with Gaza, fired live tear gas and stun bombs at Palestinian farmers to the east of Khan Younis. No casualties were reported.

The shooting coincided with intensive Israeli overflights, the sources added.

The farmers were forced to leave their lands due to the intensive firing of tear gas grenades.

The Israeli army frequently carries out limited incursions into border areas, and opens fire at farmers in clear violation of the Egyptian-brokered truce in Gaza.

Since the truce, 11 Palestinians have been killed while dozens were injured and kidnapped during different Israeli violations in Gaza.
