West media hide Breivik Zionist links

Western media outlets portray the Norwegian terrorist, Anders Behring Breivik, as a right-wing fundamentalist to divert attention away from his Zionist connections, an analyst says.

“There’s no question at all that [Breivik] was a very devout Christian Zionist with strong links to Israel and he had visited there several times,” Middle East consultant Peter Eyre told Press TV.

He went on to say that Western media outlets are using “a diversionary tactic” to picture Breivik as a far-right extremist instead of highlighting his links to Zionism.

On July 22, a massive bomb explosion rocked the government headquarters in the Norwegian capital, Oslo, killing eight people and leaving several more injured.

On the same day, sixty eight members of the youth wing of Norway’s Labor Party were killed in a shooting spree on Utoeya Island near Oslo.

Islamophobic extremist Breivik has claimed responsibility for both attacks.

“There is a very strong Zionist lead there,” Eyre said, adding that the massacre “is certainly showing a sign of being an inside job with Zionist interference”.

Breivik, who expresses strong anti-Islam views, has announced having several discussions with members of the English Defense League, a racist and anti-Muslim group based in Britain.

The police said they are to interview Breivik for a second time this week, yet they did not mention the details as to what they are looking for. Breivik was interviewed once on the day after the attacks in a seven-hour session.
