First moments a suicide attack hit rebel HQ in Daraa Caught in Camera. A suicide bomber blew up his explosive vest inside a meeting held by rebel forces in the town of Inkhil to the north of the provincial center of Daraa.
The explosion, claimed by an ISIS-affiliated faction, killed at least 20 people, including a opposition minister from the so-called interim cabinet of Syrian oppositions, along with a number of military commanders.
The explosion went off just when the meeting began and was caught in camera, AMN reports.
