In Beit Lahiya, dozens of casualties following zionist airstrike targeting a residential structure
Dozens of Palestinians have either been killed or wounded following an Israeli airstrike on a multi-story residential building in Beit Lahiya, located in the northern region of the conflict-stricken Gaza Strip, according to medical sources.

Authorities have yet to confirm the exact number of casualties following the attack, as a limited presence of paramedics on the scene has hindered the assessment efforts.
According to the Palestinian Civil Emergency services, approximately 70 individuals were residing in the building.
Last month, the Israeli military deployed tanks to Beit Lahiya, as well as the neighboring towns of Beit Hanoun and Jabalia, as part of an operation aimed at combating Hamas militants engaged in retaliatory strikes and hindering their attempts to reorganize.
The towns have been under siege for over 40 days, enduring severe shortages of food, water, and medicine, with no access to humanitarian aid. They have also been subjected to relentless aerial and artillery bombardments, including operations involving Israeli drones and quadcopters.
In the central region of Gaza, explosions have been reported in the Nuseirat and al-Bureij refugee camps, according to local sources.
Medical sources have reported that the morgue at al-Aqsa Hospital is holding the bodies of 17 Palestinians who have been killed. Due to a widespread shortage of coffins across the Gaza Strip, the burial process has been delayed as they await the arrival of the necessary supplies.
Israeli forces conducted an operation targeting a residence in Nuseirat, resulting in the deaths of at least six Palestinians, including four women and one child.
Civil defense teams have reported that members of a single family remain trapped beneath the debris.
Israeli forces have conducted an airstrike on a residence in Bureij, resulting in the deaths of at least 10 Palestinians. According to reports from local sources, additional family members remain trapped beneath the debris.
In a separate incident, an Israeli airstrike resulted in the deaths of five Palestinians in the eastern neighborhoods of Rafah City, located in the southern region of the Gaza Strip.
In a developing situation, Palestinian media sources have reported that Israeli military forces are currently engaged in the demolition of numerous residential structures within the Jabalia refugee camp.
On October 7, 2023, Israel initiated military operations in Gaza following a surprise offensive by the Palestinian group Hamas, known as Operation Al-Aqsa Flood. The Hamas assault was characterized as a response to what they described as Israel’s prolonged campaign of violence and destruction against Palestinian communities over several decades.
The ongoing military offensive in Gaza has resulted in the deaths of 43,799 Palestinians, the majority of whom are women and children. In addition, 103,601 individuals have sustained injuries, with thousands more reported missing and feared dead beneath the debris.
Since October 2023, the Israeli military has consistently restricted the entry of essential supplies, including food, medicine, medical provisions, fuel, and tents, into the blockaded Palestinian territory.
Over a year into Tel Aviv’s ongoing campaign, the region’s essential infrastructure, including water systems, sanitation facilities, and bread mills, has been significantly damaged or destroyed.
