Yemen targets Saudi forces with missiles

Yemen has targeted Saudi forces’ positions in Najran and Jizan, southern Saudi Arabia with missiles, Yemeni media ‘Al-Masirah’ reported.

The Yemeni missile and artillery units shot a ‘Zelzal-1’ missile toward Saudi base ‘Akefeh’, in Najran, ‘Al-Masirah’ quoted a military source as saying on Friday night.

Yemenis inflicted heavy damage to Saudi forces, he added.

Meanwhile, Yemeni forces targeted Saudi mercenaries’ positions in Al-Hamad base and killed and injured a large number of them.

In the meantime, Al-Masirah announced that Yemeni forces shot eight Zelzal-1 missiles to Jizan, adding that Yemeni artillery unit bombarded Saudi positions in Al Khubah.

Saudi Arabia and its regional allies attacked Yemen in March 2015 to bring back to power the deposed president of Yemen Abdrabbuh Mansour Hadi.

Since then, the invaders have committed horrible war crimes against Yemeni civilians.
