Salehi: Deploying Patriot Missiles in Turkey is Provocative

Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi said that Iran views deploying patriot missiles in turkey as a provocative step that could lead to an uncalculated measure.

In statements released on Sunday, Salehi said that the deployment of patriot missiles doesn’t serve the security of the region, adding that “If the purpose of deploying these missiles is to serve the stability and peace in the region, then it is sure that this action will not contribute to fulfilling this purpose.”

On the events in Syria, Salehi said that “The government that wants to come to power on a sea of blood in Syria instead of the current government will not last long. ”
