Yemeni Forces Initiate Missile and Drone Strikes Targeting ‘israel’

Yemen's armed forces declared on Thursday that they have launched a renewed offensive targeting Israel's Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv. The forces reported deploying a "Zulfiqar" ballistic missile in this latest strike.

The capital city of Yemen, Sanaa, remains a focal point in the ongoing conflict within the nation. The situation there continues to be complex, with various parties vying for power and influence amid humanitarian concerns.

On Thursday, Yemen’s military forces reported the execution of a new assault targeting Israel’s Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv. The attack involved the launch of a “Zulfiqar” ballistic missile, according to their statement.

In a broadcast today via Yemen’s Al-Masirah satellite channel, military spokesperson Yehya Sariee announced that the armed forces had deployed two “Yaffa” drones, aiming at critical locations in the Yaffa and Haifa regions.

The spokesman reported that both operations successfully fulfilled their objectives.

Mahdi al-Mashat, leader of Yemen’s Ansarullah higher political council, reiterated on Wednesday his organization’s unwavering support for the Palestinian people and their legitimate national cause, describing this stance as a “steadfast religious and principled commitment.”

In a televised address, Mashat asserted that his nation would persist in conducting operations in support of the Gaza Strip, irrespective of the potential repercussions.

Mashat issued a warning, claiming that Israel and its allies are not solely focused on Palestine, but are targeting the entire Muslim Ummah.

Mashat reaffirmed his nation’s steadfast support for the Palestinian people and their struggle in Gaza, stating, “We stand with you—your blood is our blood, and your pain is our pain.”
