Yemeni Forces Target Terrorist ‘israel’s’ Busiest Airport in Drone Attack

Yemen's Armed Forces have once more targeted Israel's busiest airport, escalating Sana’a's aerial blockade against the nation. This latest action involved striking the facility with two armed drones.

In a statement released on Wednesday, military personnel disclosed the recent operation targeting Ben Gurion Airport, utilizing “Yaffa” drones to carry out the strike.

The statement further elaborated that the operation had “successfully achieved its objective.”

Since October 2023, military personnel have been conducting multiple operations as the regime initiated a campaign perceived as genocidal in its efforts to take control of the Gaza Strip.

The scope of operations was subsequently broadened to implement a naval blockade which impacted Israeli ships as well as vessels transporting commercial and military supplies bound for the occupied Palestinian territories.

An aerial blockade was subsequently imposed, leading numerous international airlines to halt their flights to the affected regions.

The servicemen underscored Yemen’s unwavering support and solidarity with the Palestinian struggle for liberation from Israeli occupation and aggression, characterizing the recent strike as a “triumph for the oppressed Palestinian people.”

The statement, meanwhile, emphasized the global Muslim community’s duty towards Palestinians affected by conflict.

“As pilgrims engaging in the annual Hajj pilgrimage gather at Arafat in reverence and celebration,” they stated, “the bloodshed of our brothers in Gaza continues unabated.”

The statement emphasized the need for Muslims to leverage their influence and responsibilities to put an end to the severe military offensive.

Muslims hold significant influence, potentially capable of halting the actions described as genocide against Israel.

The forces claimed that the “sons of the Islamic Ummah (Nation)” possess the capacity to halt the extraordinary bloodshed occurring in Gaza.

They urged Muslims globally to forgo any delaying tactics hindering prompt and appropriate support for Palestinians in the coastal region.

The statement underscored that Yemen would continue its strikes against the occupied territories until the regime ended both its military operations and the nearly complete blockade imposed on Gaza.
