Unmatched Mass Protests Worldwide Demanding Immediate Ceasefire in Gaza

From the West Bank in Palestine to the heart of Europe, including nations like Sweden, Italy, France, and beyond, millions took to the streets to denounce the genocides of the Zionist entity and passionately call for an immediate ceasefire.

The sheer scale of these marches marked a historic moment, signaling the first time such widespread unity had been witnessed in support of the Palestinians under attack in the Gaza Strip.

Voices resonated from the Middle East, with Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Jordan, Egypt, Yemen, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, Libya, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, Mauritania, Somalia, Iran, Turkey, Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Bangladesh standing in solidarity. Meanwhile, the rallying cries echoed through the Asia-Pacific region, including the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan, and South Korea, as well as Africa, represented by Nigeria, Ghana, and South Africa.

The call for justice reached the shores of Australia and reverberated through European nations like Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Ireland, Britain, Germany, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Belgium, Poland, Greece, Cyprus, Romania, Slovenia, Bosnia, and Herzegovina. Even the Americas echoed with support from Venezuela, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Ecuador, Mexico, the United States, Canada, and Scotland.

A March for Palestine

London, pivotal to the Balfour Declaration, hosted this Saturday the largest demonstrations in solidarity with Gaza, echoing the city’s historic role in shaping geopolitical narratives.

The British police estimated the number of participants in the march, which was launched under the slogan “The National March for Palestine,” at 300,000 people, while parties close to the organizers expected the number to be 750,000. The fervor of the demonstrations in this city underscored a shared commitment to the cause:

Protests for the same goal were held in France, Belgium, Germany, and other European countries, with protesters raising Palestinian flags and placards and demanding a swift halt to the onslaught, which they saw as “genocide and ethnic cleansing.”
