Yemenis mark 2nd anniv. of revolution
Tens of thousands of Yemenis have thronged in the capital, Sana’a, to commemorate the second anniversary of their revolution.

According to Press TV, the marchers said their revolution still has a lot to achieve and that they will continue demonstrations until all of their demands are met.
Holding flags and banners, the Yemeni demonstrators called on the country’s President Abd-Rabbuh Mansour Hadi to make Yemen a true independent nation, putting an end to the US interventions and drone attacks against Yemeni nationals.
This is while the Yemeni government has not yet officially condemned the foreign military operations in the country despite the overwhelming civil and tribal anti-US sentiments against the drone operations, particularly in recent months.
As the protests continue in Yemen, the country’s president announced recently that a national dialogue will kick off on March 18 after being delayed numerous times due to disputes among the country’s political parties.
Mansour Hadi, who is a UK-trained field marshal, urged all parties and factions to take part in the negotiations in order to prevent a national crisis.
