Zionist Israeli troops assault residents of the old city of al-Khalil

IOF troops, on Monday evening, beat up a number of Palestinian residents in the old city of al-Khalil in the southern West Bank.

Local sources told PIC correspondent the Palestinians were assaulted near the Ibarahimi Mosque and the Committee for renovating al-Khalil, without any justification for this barbaric action on the part of the occupation soldiers.

The sources said that occupation soldiers raided at night the Wad Harya neighbourhood of al-Khalil, as well as the Fawwar refugee camp and the nearby Samu’ village. They also set up and a military roadblock at the northern entrance to al-Khalil (Jorat Bahlas), searched cars and checked ID cards of passengers.
