Zionist Military Strike Results in 580 Palestinian Casualties Amidst Aid Efforts in Gaza
Authorities in Gaza have reported disturbing figures regarding civilians who have been fatally shot by Israeli live fire while queuing for humanitarian aid. These reports highlight a grave humanitarian situation as many struggle for basic survival amidst the ongoing conflict.

On Tuesday, Palestinian authorities issued a strong condemnation of the continuing assaults by regime forces on Palestinians attempting to receive aid throughout the region.
The Gaza Government Media Office has reported that around 580 Palestinians have lost their lives, and more than 4,200 have been injured due to Israeli assaults on civilians in search of assistance.
It attributed legal and moral responsibility to Israel and its allies, notably the United States, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany, for their support in what it described as the systematic extermination of civilians in Gaza.
The office has called upon the global community to exert pressure on Israel to open Gaza’s crossings, lift its blockade, and permit the urgent entry of humanitarian aid before the situation becomes critical.
A recent disclosure follows reports by Israeli media alleging that soldiers have intentionally fired upon unarmed Palestinians attempting to receive aid in Gaza, purportedly acting under direct orders from their commanders.
UN agencies have issued strong criticisms of the US-Israeli food distribution system in Gaza, describing it as a “death trap.”
Researchers report that nearly 100,000 Palestinians have lost their lives since the onset of what has been described as a genocidal war by Israel in the Gaza Strip, beginning in October 2023.
A new study conducted by University of London economist Professor Michael Spagat and Palestinian political scientist Khalil Shikaki has been released, detailing findings from a survey of 2,000 households in Gaza. The survey encompassed nearly 10,000 individuals in the embattled region.
Researchers have determined that by January 2025, approximately 75,200 individuals in Gaza succumbed to violent deaths resulting from Israeli aggression, with the majority fatalities attributed to Israeli munitions. Additionally, 8,540 people were reported to have died from non-violent causes.
Since January, reports from the Gaza Health Ministry indicate that over 10,000 individuals have lost their lives, contributing to a cumulative death toll approaching 100,000.
The latest figures indicate that the Gaza Health Ministry may be underreporting the full extent of the crisis resulting from Israeli hostilities, exacerbated by shortages of food, rampant disease, and gunfire targeting food distribution sites.
