‘Zionist regime committing war crimes in Gaza’

The Palestinian health minister says Zionist regime is committing war crimes in Gaza Strip, noting that hospitals in the besieged territory are running out of medicine.

Dr. Mufeed Mkhallalati told Press TV on Monday that the international community and Islamic countries “should use all their influence to stop the massacre against civilians,” in Gaza.
Mkhallalati said “It’s clear that the Zionists are not hitting soldiers or army. They are hitting civilians.”
Mkhallalati warned of a humanitarian catastrophe in the Palestinian enclave unless medical supplies are provided soon.
Gaza has been blockaded since June 2007, a situation that has caused a decline in the standard of living, unprecedented levels of unemployment, and unrelenting poverty.
The apartheid regime of Israel denies about 1.7 million people in Gaza their basic rights, such as freedom of movement, jobs that pay proper wages, and adequate healthcare and education.
