Zionist Regime Conducts Strikes in Gaza, Resulting in Over Two Dozen Casualties, Including Entire Family

Zionist forces have launched a new series of airstrikes on the Gaza Strip, resulting in the deaths of 26 Palestinians. Among the casualties is a family of 13.

Sources reported on Friday that an airstrike by Israeli warplanes resulted in the deaths of 13 members of the Baraka family, predominantly children, when their home in Bani Suheila, located east of Khan Yunis in southern Gaza, was bombed.

Gaza’s civil defense agency reported that their teams have retrieved the bodies and numerous injured individuals from the Baraka family residence and adjacent homes that were targeted by Israeli forces.

Israeli airstrikes have struck the Nasibu family residence in Tal Al-Zaatar, located in the northern Gaza Strip, resulting in the deaths of 11 individuals, among them women and children.

In Western Khan Yunis on Friday, an Israeli strike tragically claimed the lives of a father and his son from the Abu Akr family.

On Thursday, Israeli airstrikes resulted in the deaths of at least 40 Palestinians, the majority of whom were sheltering in camps for displaced civilians across the Gaza Strip.

A fatal attack targeted tents in the coastal al-Mawasi region near Khan Yunis.

Israa Abu al-Rus recounted a terrifying incident, describing how they were sitting peacefully in their tent under God’s protection when they observed a red glow. Moments later, their tent was engulfed in an explosion, with the surrounding tents also catching fire.

In what was considered a secure region in al-Mawasi, an explosion suddenly occurred, prompting individuals to flee their tents towards the sea. Witnesses later observed the tents engulfed in flames.

According to a statement on X by the chief of UNICEF, 15 children have been reported as casualties of Israeli strikes on Gaza within the last 24 hours.

Catherine Russell emphasized that witnessing images of children engulfed in flames while seeking refuge in temporary tents should deeply disturb us all.

On October 7, 2023, Israel initiated a major military offensive in Gaza. The operation resulted in the deaths of 51,065 Palestinians, predominantly women and children, and left over 116,505 individuals injured. Despite these significant casualties, the campaign did not fulfill its stated goals.

The entity in question has agreed to the enduring negotiation terms set forth by Hamas in relation to the Gaza ceasefire, effective as of January 19.

On March 18, Israel unilaterally violated the ceasefire and recommenced its intense aerial bombardment of Gaza.
