‘Unity is of Muslims fundamental needs’

Head of Islamic Seminaries, Ayatollah Alireza Arafie in an interview with Taqrib News Agency (TNA) on the sideline of the 22nd Iranian International Press and News Agencies Annual Exhibition placed stress on the elevated role of unity, rapprochement, and unity in the World of Islam, reported Taqrib News Agency.

Ayatollah Arafie placed stress on the leading role of rapprochement and convergence in the World of Islam noting, “Unity and rapprochement are of the main important needs of our time.”

Sternly warned of the fallouts of dispersion in the World of Islam, the senior cleric leveled criticism  at those backing the extremist groups and supply the route for them in a bid to part Muslims.

“Islamic Society needs rapprochement,” highlighted cleric urging Muslims to try their very utmost in this area.

Head of Islamic Seminaries hailed the attempts made by the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought in the unity area.
