Middle East now conscious, not obedient

Iran’s Parliament speaker has said now the Middle East is conscious and not obedient, and that ‘ Islamic Awakening’ will disillusion region’s reactionary regimes.
Ali Larijani, who was speaking in an open session in Parliament, said that “despotic and reactionary rulers in the region would disappoint to see that their chimerical assumptions about provide an opportunity for the Zionist regime in this troubled situation.”

“during recent days, many US and European leaders have been frequenting international arena to discuss situation in Syria, and they finally confirmed the political solution for Syrian crisis only after two years of civil war and death of tens of thousands of people, and after they had known that they had no operational competence,” said the speaker.

“Now the question is, had not the Islamic Republic of Iran announced that a political solution would be preferable over bloodshed? Who are responsible for wanton killings of Syrian citizens in Syria using Western weapons?” asked Larijani rhetorically.

“Low-profile countries of the region, who have been playing as West’s brokers through political lust, now what would they concoct as response for killing of Muslims? Behind the West’s and reactionary regimes’ idiotic adventurism, one thing became obvious that the Middle East is conscious and not obedient,” asserted Larijani, adding that “this is the path Imam Khomeini (RA) opened for Muslims, and God willing, thanks to conscious Muslims’ attempts, hands of the arrogant powers will be cut from the region, and a free Middle East will emerge through Muslims’ hard working, a thing that is ultimate goal.”
