Sudanese president and Hamas Leader meet in Doha, discuss Israel’s war on Gaza

Sudanese president Omar Al-Bashir on Wednesday met with head of Hamas’s political bureau Khaled Mishaal in the Qatari capital Doha and discussed with him the latest developments in the Palestinian arena.

Mishaal briefed president Bashir on the latest developments in Gaza and the West Bank in light of Israel’s escalation of its violence against the Palestinians.

He also reassured him about the ability of the Palestinian resistance to confront and put an end to Israel’s aggression against the Palestinians in Gaza.

For his part, the Sudanese president deplored Israel’s war on Gaza and said that his people and government would always be supportive of the Palestinian struggle against the occupation

He also stressed the need for active Arab action to curb Israel’s aggression against the Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank.
