4 Palestinians killed as Israeli forces intensified their ongoing operations in the occupied West Bank
Israeli forces have conducted operations in the West Bank, resulting in the fatalities of at least four Palestinians. These actions mark an intensification of military raids throughout the occupied region.

According to the official Palestinian news agency WAFA, citing the Ministry of Health, a 19-year-old named Adel Ahmed Adel Bashkar was fatally shot by Israeli occupation forces at the Askar refugee camp near the city of Nablus on Friday evening.
According to medical sources, Bashkar sustained a gunshot wound to the chest inflicted by Israeli forces near the Askar Camp. He was subsequently taken to a hospital for medical treatment but later succumbed to his severe injuries.
The General Authority of Civil Affairs reported that Israeli forces fatally shot three Palestinian youths during an operation in the Nur Shams refugee camp, situated approximately three kilometers (1.8 miles) east of Tulkarm.
The deceased individuals have been identified as Jihad Mahmoud Hassan Masharqa, aged 40, Muhammad Ghassan Abu Abed, and 23-year-old Khaled Mustafa Sharif Amer. It has been reported that their remains are currently being held by the occupation forces.
The Israeli Defense Forces initiated a significant military operation in the West Bank on January 21, merely two days following the implementation of a ceasefire agreement between the Tel Aviv government and Hamas in Gaza.
More than 35,000 Palestinians have been forced to flee from the Jenin, Tulkarm, and Far’a refugee camps following a recent attack.
The United Nations reports that approximately 90% of the inhabitants of the Jenin and Tulkarm refugee camps have been compelled to evacuate.
According to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA), the Jenin camp has been rendered a “ghost town” due to significant displacement and destruction. Concurrently, the UN Human Rights Office has expressed concerns that the recent fatalities and the demolition of residences in the area suggest persistent breaches of international law.
In its most recent situation report concerning the West Bank, the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) has documented the deaths of five Palestinians at the hands of Israeli forces during the period from February 4 to 10. Among those killed was a minor. Additionally, the report highlights that 49 Palestinians sustained injuries in the same timeframe, with eight children included among the injured.
Between February 11 and 13, two Palestinians were killed in the regions of Hebron and Nablus. One individual lost their life during an exchange of gunfire, while the other perished under circumstances that remain ambiguous.
During the latest reporting period, Israeli settlers were implicated in 15 incidents involving assaults or damage to Palestinian property, resulting in injuries to three Palestinians, one of whom was a child.
