The boats were destroyed by surface-to-surface missiles on Thursday morning, the Arabic-language Al-Masirah TV reported.
The Saudi boats were approaching Mocha, a port city locatd in the country’s southwestern Tai’z province.
Reports also said that the Yemeni forces also shot down a Saudi spy aircraft in Harad district in the Northwestern province of Hajjah on Wednesday.
The Saudi aggression in Yemen began on March 26 last year. It has seen the death of 8,200 people in which 2,236 have been children.
The aggression has been in the attempt to bring former president Abd Rabbuh Mansure Hadi back to power.
