ISIS terrorist Group bombed the building of Nineveh provincial council in the Faisaliyah neighborhood in and destroyed part of the old building for the Nineveh province on Dwasa Street.
Both the buildings located in Mosul city center, Saeed Mamuzini, a Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) official for Mosul told Kurdish Rudaw News Agency.
