Army Liberates over 50sq/km of Southern Idlib, Advances in New Regions

The army forces continued clashes with al-Nusra Front (Tahrir al-Sham Hay’at or the Levant Liberation Board) terrorists in Sanjar in Southeastern Idlib, retaking control of the two villages of Rajm al-Mushrif and Mushrefat al-Khanzir in the Northern parts of al-Khanzir and al-Maqta’a hills.
A field source said that the army has freed over 50sq/km of lands in the region during its Wednesday operations, winning back several regions, including the villages of al-Zarzur and Um al-Khalakhil.
Military sources confirmed on Wednesday that the Syrian Army troops have thus far freed over 65 regions in their operations against the Al-Nusra Front in Northeastern Hama and Southeastern Idlib in their push towards the Abu al-Dhohour airbase.
The sources reported that the army men pushed Al-Nusra back from the village of Um al-Khalakhil, North of the village of Rasm Sham al-Hawa.
The sources further said that over 65 villages, towns, settlement and regions have thus far been liberated in the army soldiers’ operation in Hama and Idlib since October 22.
