3 US-led soldiers killed in Afghanistan

Three US-led soldiers with International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) have been killed in militant attacks in eastern Afghanistan.
NATO reported the deaths in a statement on Sunday but did not reveal the nationality of the soldiers and the location of the incident.
According to the independent website iCasualties.org, at least 267 US-led soldiers, most of them Americans, have died in Afghanistan so far this year.

As the US-led force casualties persistently climb in Afghanistan, public opinion in the United States and other Western countries is increasingly turning against the Afghan war.

The security situation has steadily worsened across Afghanistan over the past few years despite the presence of around 150,000 US-led foreign troops in the country.
