Iran’s Air Force enhances its aircraft with state-of-the-art systems
Brigadier General Hamid Vahedi, the Commander of the Iranian Air Force, announced that the air force's military aircraft and drones have been equipped with advanced, cutting-edge systems.

During a recent visit to an air base in the eastern Iranian city of Birjand, General Vahedi announced that the aircraft and drones operated by the Iranian Air Force have now been outfitted with state-of-the-art global systems. This development underscores Iran’s commitment to enhancing its aerial capabilities through the integration of advanced technology.
The Air Force is poised to announce the unveiling of two new accomplishments in the near future, according to statements from officials.
The commander announced that the Iranian Armed Forces are thoroughly equipped and ready to address any threat, regardless of its magnitude.
In December 2024, the Air Force announced that the unmanned variant of its domestically developed stealth fighter, the “Qaher (Conqueror),” has demonstrated encouraging results during recent flight trials.
In a significant development back in February 2013, Iran introduced the Qaher-313, a single-seat stealth fighter jet. This aircraft is designed with capabilities for takeoff and landing on short runways, showcasing its advanced aviation technology.
