Khalil Al-Hayya, the leader of Hamas in Gaza, declared on Monday that Western strategies, including those of the United States and former President Donald Trump, concerning the Gaza Strip are “destined to fail.” Al-Hayya delivered this statement from Tehran, Iran, emphasizing a message of solidarity among resistance factions.

During a speech to millions of Iranians gathered to mark the 46th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution’s victory, acting Hamas leader Khalil al-Hayya vowed to foil plans aimed at displacing Gazans, asserting, “We will bring them down just as we have countered previous projects.” Al-Hayya’s remarks were delivered amidst reverence for the sacrifices of prominent resistance commanders whose deaths, including those of figures like Ismail Haniyeh, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, and Iranian martyr Zahedi, are viewed as emblematic of the unity among the Islamic Ummah.

He emphasized that the backing provided by the Axis of Resistance to Gaza played a significant role in securing a victory for Palestine.

The unity of the nation was exemplified as Hezbollah, along with entities from Yemen, Iraq, Iran, and other sympathetic factions, rallied in support of Palestine’s Gaza.

A senior Hamas official has emphasized that the sacrifices made by resistance leaders—including Ismail Haniyeh, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, and Iranian figures such as Martyr Zahedi—over the last 15 months underscore the collective unity of the Ummah, or the broader Muslim community.

During a mass rally in Tehran, Al-Hayya declared to both the international community and the Iranian populace that “Operation Al-Aqsa Flood serves as a precursor to the liberation of Palestine.”

He expressed confidence that Iran will maintain its support for Palestine and its right to resistance, with the aim of coming together in Al-Quds, if God wills.

The operation known as “Al-Aqsa Flood” marks the initial phase in the broader effort to liberate Palestine and remove occupying forces. This significant action has challenged the prevailing notion that armed force is insurmountable, demonstrating the potential of strategic operations to overcome military dominance.
