Supreme Leader Asserts Nation’s Defense Capabilities Intimidate Adversaries
Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, has praised the advancements achieved by Iranian experts in the Ministry of Defense. He emphasized that these accomplishments have instilled fear among Iran's adversaries regarding the nation's defensive capabilities.
In a statement during a meeting with officials and personnel from the Ministry of Defense and Armed Forces Logistics on Wednesday, the Leader characterized the nationwide rallies marking the anniversary of the Islamic Revolution as “a popular uprising and a significant national movement.”
Ayatollah Khamenei stated that Iranians demonstrated unity and showcased their identity, strength, and character.
He praised the significant turnout at rallies across numerous cities and towns nationwide on February 11, even amidst freezing temperatures in certain regions, highlighting the populace’s unity in opposing recent “reckless threats” of force issued by the US president.
“The Leader stated that the Iranian nation has demonstrated to all its distinct identity, inherent strength, and remarkable resilience.”
The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution conducted a thorough one-hour inspection of an exhibition showcasing the latest advancements in defense technology.
He emphasized the paramount significance of defense capabilities and national security, asserting that “Iran’s defense power is widely recognized today. Supporters of the revolution take pride in it, while its adversaries regard it with apprehension.”
