Hezbollah Leader Asserts Resistance’s Defiance Against Zionist Threats
Hezbollah Secretary General Sheikh Naim Qassem has issued a stern warning to the Israeli regime and its allies, asserting that the resistance movement will not yield to any threats or pressure.

In a speech marking the ninth anniversary of the martyrdom of senior Hezbollah commander Sayyed Mustafa Badreddin, Sheikh Qassem delivered his remarks on Monday.
According to his statement, the Israeli government has initiated a conflict with Lebanon with the aim of dismantling the resistance. However, he asserted that this goal will not be accomplished through exerting pressure on the Lebanese authorities or by breaching the ceasefire agreement.
He reiterated Lebanon’s dedication to upholding the ceasefire agreement with Israel, despite the fact that Tel Aviv has breached the accord on 3,000 occasions.
After enduring substantial setbacks over a span of almost 14 months of conflict and falling short of achieving its goals in the offensive against Lebanon, Israel has agreed to a ceasefire with Hezbollah. This armistice was implemented on November 27.
Since the initiation of the agreement, the occupying forces have been conducting assaults on Lebanon, violating the ceasefire by carrying out airstrikes across the Arab nation.
Lebanon has denounced the ongoing presence of Israeli military forces, considering it a breach of the ceasefire agreement and the timeline set for withdrawal. High-ranking officials in Beirut have vowed to undertake “all necessary measures” to expel the occupying troops from the country.
Hezbollah’s leader has denounced Israel’s ongoing blockade of Palestinian food supply in Gaza, attributing responsibility for these actions to the United States and labeling them as crimes perpetrated by the Israeli government.
He claimed that the conflict in Gaza is a coordinated US-Israeli effort with genocidal intentions to eradicate Palestine entirely.
Sheikh Qassem expressed that the immense sacrifices and remarkable resilience of the Palestinian people demonstrate their deserving nature and capability to reclaim their land. He emphasized that their steadfastness is the cornerstone for the future.
He emphasized the remarkable resilience of the people in Gaza, highlighting their continued defiance and praising their unwavering determination in the face of adversity.
He extended his congratulations to the Palestinian population, the residents of Gaza, and the resistance fighters for securing an agreement that remains consistent with what was proposed in May 2024. He emphasized that this reflects the resilience of the resistance, as their demands were met, whereas the Israeli opposition was unable to enforce its terms.
Sheikh Qassem highlighted Israel’s increasing isolation on the international stage.
“Israel’s global standing has reached a low, characterized by widespread criticism. The International Criminal Court’s condemnation serves as a testament to the significant impact of the Palestinian resistance in bringing international attention to this situation,” he remarked.
He extended his praise to all who supported Gaza and Palestine, with particular emphasis on the Islamic Republic of Iran, under the leadership of Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution.
In a statement acknowledging historical records, it was emphasized that significant sacrifices were made by those who stood in support of Gaza, effectively challenging Israeli objectives. Noteworthy among these supporters is the Islamic Republic of Iran, under the leadership of Imam Khamenei, who has consistently underscored Iran’s commitment to the Palestinian cause. The country has extended various forms of support—military, moral, material, and political—with the aim of aiding Palestinian liberation from the sea to the river.
He additionally commended the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) and its external division, Al-Quds, as well as its former leader, General Hajj Qassem Soleimani.
Sheikh Qassem extended his congratulations to Yemen on what he described as a triumph over the United States, asserting that Yemeni leaders and the resilient nation compelled the US to cease its aggressive actions against the Arab nation.
