Yemeni Forces Launch Hypersonic Missile Strikes on Israel’s Ben Gurion Airport
The Yemeni armed forces spokesperson has confirmed a missile strike targeting Ben Gurion International Airport in the occupied territories. This action is stated to be a response to what they describe as the Israeli regime's continued actions in Gaza.

On Thursday night, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, the spokesperson for Yemen’s military forces, announced that Yemeni missile units carried out an attack on Israel’s Ben Gurion Airport, situated approximately 20 kilometers southeast of Tel Aviv, using an indigenously developed hypersonic ballistic missile.
Saree reported that the counterattack effectively achieved its intended goals, compelling hundreds of thousands of unauthorized settlers to seek refuge in shelters.
He underscored that the Yemeni armed forces, alongside the nation’s freedom-loving citizens, view it as a religious, moral, and humanitarian duty to express solidarity with the people of Gaza amid the ongoing regional developments, the daily killings of civilians, the prolonged aid blockade, and the perceived inaction of Muslim countries.
A senior military official from Yemen declared that the nation is committed to intensifying and broadening its military efforts until the ongoing violent aggression against Yemen ceases and the oppressive blockade on Palestinians in the coastal region is entirely lifted.
The Yemeni Armed Forces have declared a full aerial blockade on Ben Gurion International Airport and will maintain its efforts to obstruct vessels with Israeli connections from navigating through the Red and Arabian Seas, according to a statement by Saree.
In response to the intensifying conflict in Gaza, Yemen has strategically imposed a blockade on key maritime routes. This move aims to hinder the supply of military resources to Israel and draw global attention to the humanitarian crisis unfolding in the region.
The Yemeni Armed Forces have announced an unwavering commitment to persist with their attacks until Israel halts its ground and air operations in Gaza.
