Iran Nuclear Capability Firmly Established, Unfazed by Hostile Actions: AEOI
The Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) has reaffirmed its commitment to advancing the nation’s nuclear program despite facing hostilities targeting its peaceful nuclear installations.

Iran’s nuclear program is firmly embedded within the nation’s scientific and technological framework and is impervious to any attempts by adversaries to dismantle it, stated Behrouz Kamalvandi on Tuesday.
Kamalvandi asserted the integral role of the industry within the nation, emphasizing its deeply established foundations. He highlighted the nation’s capabilities and potential, insisting that progress must persist and that efforts to halt it will not succeed.
A senior official from Iran’s atomic agency has issued a statement following what has been described as unauthorized American actions targeting Iran’s nuclear facilities at Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan. These sites are fully overseen by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
Trump declared that the objective of striking Iran’s nuclear sites was to “destroy” the nation’s nuclear capability.
In the aftermath of the assault, Iran’s Foreign Minister, Abbas Araghchi, asserted that the nation’s nuclear energy initiatives are rooted in domestic expertise and are impervious to destruction through military strikes. “Iran: A land where aggressors find no refuge,” the statement emphasized.
The United States’ military actions, as described by IAEA Director General Rafael Mariano Grossi, pose a threat to destabilizing the global nuclear non-proliferation framework. These developments occurred over a week following Israel’s extensive military campaign against Iran.
In the days leading up to recent tensions, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) issued a report alleging Iran’s “non-compliance,” which has been perceived by some as politically motivated. Subsequently, a resolution against Iran was adopted at the IAEA Board of Governors’ meeting in Vienna, spearheaded by European nations and receiving backing from the United States.
According to analysts, the report and the resulting resolution paved the way for intensified actions by the Israeli regime on June 13, resulting in the targeted killings of numerous nuclear scientists and senior military officials.
The recent report from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has prompted strong backlash from Tehran. Mohammad Eslami, the head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI), has announced intentions to implement necessary steps to safeguard the nation’s rights. Eslami also expressed plans to pursue legal action against the head of the IAEA, criticizing his perceived “inaction” regarding what Iran views as hostile actions by Israel towards its nuclear facilities.
Javad Zarif, who once held the position of Iranian foreign minister, vehemently criticized Grossi’s report, labeling it as “irresponsible and fallacious” and claiming it inflicted “irreparable damage to the agency.”
