Grand Ayatollah Hamedani: Any threat to Supreme Leader by anyone amounts to Enemy of God
Grand Ayatollah Nouri Hamedani has issued a fatwa pronouncing that any threats, whether by individuals or governments, against the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, are to be regarded as acts of an "Enemy of God."

Any assault on Shia Marja and Supreme Leader within the Islamic community is deemed an attack on the foundation of Islam and the collective well-being of all Muslims. Such actions will face a severe and decisive response from freedom-seeking individuals globally and the devout people of Islamic Iran.
Ayatollah Nouri Hamedani, in a statement on Sunday, condemned the actions of the United States, accusing its leader of a history marked by violence, theft, and assassination, as well as unwavering support for the actions of the Zionist regime. He criticized the recent comments made about the revered status of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei.
The Ayatollah issued a strong warning, stating that any assault on the Shia Marja and the Leader of the Islamic Ummah will be regarded as an attack on the very foundation of Islam and the lives of all Muslims. Such actions, the Ayatollah asserted, will be met with a severe and decisive response from the devout people of Iran and freedom advocates globally.
Ayatollah Nouri Hamedani remarked that the government of the United States, described as oppressive and engaging in terrorism, should be aware that their threats will not weaken the resolve of the nation’s populace. Instead, these actions will enhance the solidarity and harmony within the Islamic Ummah.
Earlier on Sunday, Grand Ayatollah Makarem Shirazi released a fatwa stating that individuals who pose a threat to the Leader and Shia Marja are deemed “Enemies of God” and must be combated in accordance with Islamic doctrine.
