Coward israel warmongering rhetoric against Gaza growing ahead of elections

Israeli threats of waging another war on Gaza have increased recently as Israelis prepare for elections.

Israeli army Major General Yuav Galant said if he becomes defense minister he will wage a new war on Gaza.

Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) warned that waging a new war on the blockaded coastal enclave will be met with fierce resistance.
Palestinian resistance factions said they are taking serious Israeli threats of a new war on Gaza.

They said the threats by Israeli leaders show the hostile intentions against the Palestinian people especially in the Gaza Strip. On Saturday Israeli Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman said another war on Gaza is just a matter of time.

Although short on military equipment and weapons the military wings of the Palestinian resistance factions are constantly training to prepare themselves for possible Israeli attacks.

The new Israeli threats come while the Palestinians in Gaza are is still reeling from the recent Israeli war on Gaza that killed and injured thousands of Palestinians.

The Gaza Strip has already been through three Israeli wars and numerous Israeli military attacks since 2008.

Some analysts believe that Tel Aviv will step up its rhetoric against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip as Israeli elections draw near.
