Supreme Leader’s Top Military Aide Sees Zionists as Heirs of Nazis

“The catastrophe in Palestine and Gaza is worse than the Nazis’ crimes and if the European countries remember the Nazis’ killings, they know that today the Zionists are the heirs of the Nazis,” Safavi told reporters in Tehran on Sunday.

He underlined the necessity for unity and convergence among Muslim nations and governments as the key to the freedom of the holy Quds from the Israeli occupation, which should come before resort to military force.

“If every Muslim donates only one dollar to Gaza or says even one word in the websites or media in support of the oppressed Palestinians, it would result in the biggest action against the Zionists’ news censorship in the western media,” Safavi said.

In relevant remarks in July, representative of the Jewish minority at the Iranian parliament Siamak Marreh Sedq condemned Israel’s recent attacks on the Palestinians, saying that Tel Aviv’s criminal acts reminds everyone of the crimes committed by the Nazis during the first and second World Wars.

“The Zionist regime’s crimes are reminiscent of the actions taken by the German Nazis during the first and second World Wars,” Marreh Sedq told FNA.

He added that Israel’s crimes against the Palestinians are also a reminder of the mistreatment of Shiites by the executed Iraqi dictator, Saddam Hussein.

Israel has been pounding the blockaded Gaza for 27 consecutive days, killing at least 1,730 people and injuring more than 9,100 others.

According to the UN, 77% of the victims in Gaza are civilian and defenseless people.
