Iran, Lebanon, Iraq, Yemen hold joint naval parade in support of Gaza

Iran, Lebanon, Iraq, and Yemen have commenced a collaborative naval exercise to express solidarity with Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, who have been facing the ongoing conflict with Israel.

A synchronized parade commenced on Thursday across the Persian Gulf, the Makran coastal region, and the Caspian Sea, traversing the northern and southern maritime boundaries of Iran in anticipation of International Quds Day.

Rear Admiral Alireza Tangsiri, the commander of the IRGC Navy, announced that a fleet of 3,000 vessels, comprising both heavy and light craft, is participating in the naval parade.

He stated that the primary purpose of the parade is to showcase the maritime capabilities of the resistance front and to send a message to the oppressive Israeli regime.

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has issued a warning, stating that they have the capability to transform maritime regions into perilous zones for Israel.

Admiral Alireza Tangsiri, a high-ranking official in the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), emphasized that the IRGC naval forces are actively following the directives of the Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei. He asserted that their mission includes making maritime zones extremely hostile for Israeli forces, with the ultimate objective of eradicating the state of Israel.

In a bold declaration, a commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has issued a stern warning to Israel, stating that their military preparedness extends beyond terrestrial engagements and into maritime domains, thereby leaving no escape routes open to their adversaries.

He stated that measures would be implemented to ensure security and strengthen authority in the Persian Gulf, the Sea of Oman, and the country’s northern regions, with a commitment to deter any adversarial actions by potential foes.

The commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps highlighted that the establishment of a regional alliance could present significant challenges to Israel.

He further emphasized that Iran’s naval mobilization serves not only as a demonstration of military strength but also as a symbol of resistance and the prowess of Muslim nations in confronting adversaries.

Highlighting the importance of International Quds Day, Tangsiri stated that the occasion represents a stand against oppression and serves as a defense for those who are marginalized.

He stated that the upcoming observance will see both the Iranian populace and Muslims globally voicing their protest against Israel.

During the parade, the Palestinian flag was prominently displayed, while the flag representing the Israeli government was reportedly set ablaze and destroyed in an event occurring in the Persian Gulf region.

The Shahid Bagheri drone carrier of the Navy of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) is actively engaged in the exercise alongside the Raees Ali Delvari warship and a Tareq-class missile-launching speedboat.
