7 occupying troops killed in Afghanistan in 48 hours

The US-led International Security Assistance Force says seven of its soldiers have been killed in Afghanistan over the past 48 hours.

According to ISAF, one soldier was killed during a gun attack on Tuesday.

One day earlier, six troops were killed in one of the worst days for the alliance in the year 2010.

With the latest incident, the death toll this year for foreign soldiers stationed in Afghanistan hit 108.

One of the seven soldiers was British, but the nationalities of the others have not been announced.
