Lebanese FM: “Israeli” Air Violations Drag Region Into More Escalation

The Foreign Minister in the caretaking Lebanese government, Adnan Mansour, considered Saturday that the continuous “Israeli” violations to Lebanon’s sovereignty come in context of the continuous aggressive acts that violate the country’s sovereignty.

“These violations will not change “Israel’s” aggressive nature, which we have been used to since the establishment of the Zionist entity till today,” Mansour said.

In parallel, the minister highlighted that “these attacks put the international community in front of its responsibilities, concerning the respect of international resolutions, particularly 1701.”

“These violations will lead to an increase in tension and escalation to the situation that might lead to an explosion,” he added, and warned that ” they won’t provide “Israel” with the alleged peace and security, it is seeking to.”

He further stated: “These violations will drag the region into more escalation and will lead it into the unknown.”
