Palestinian prisoners on 10th day of hunger strike despite Israeli attempts

Palestinian prisoners in Israeli occupation jails have continued their hunger strike for the tenth day on Thursday despite Israeli attempts to break the strike.
The Israeli prison services (IPS) did not stop trying to dissuade the prisoners away from continuing in their strike starting with savage quelling measures and punishments then by the policy of “divide and conquer”.
Prisoners said that the IPS proposed to the Gaza prisoners a chance to speak with their relatives in Gaza via video conference in return for ending the strike but they rejected it.
The IPS also was trying to negotiate prisoners of a certain faction away from the other factions but the step was also rejected by the prisoners.
Prisoners said that their chosen leaders, who swore to carry their demands to the finish, refused all IPS tactics and offers and were adamant on achieving their demands in full.
