Ban Ki-moon is anxious about using the chemical weapon by terrorists in Syria

U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon and the director general of the independent Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons Ahmet Uzumcu (OPCW) say that “we are deeply concerned about the supposed used of chemical weapons in Syria”.
