Ayatollah Emami Kashani, who led the Friday Prayers of Tehran on Jan. 8, suggested that the Saudi embassy case was a plot executed by mercenaries.

Ayatollah Emami Kashani in the second sermon of this Friday ritual of Tehran, talking about the execution of the peaceful opposition leader Sheikh Nimr al-Nimr in Saudi Arabia, strongly condemned the Saudi regime for the unfair execution. “A man who advocated law and Islam was treated like that, and, unfortunately, no international entity, as they themselves know that they are not acting internationally, reacts,” lamented him.

The cleric continued that while the real nature of what Ibn Taymiyyah, Muhammad ibn Abd al-Wahhab, and Muhammad bin Saud advocated was not clearly objectionable, these acts of the current king of KSA prove their falsehood.

The tragedy in Mina, the crisis in Yemen, the crane accident, and the murder of Muslims are all the consequences of the rule of young inexperienced members of monarchy whose acts disclose good and evil.

Referring to terrorist groups of extremist Wahhabis in Iraq, Syria, and Nigeria, the grand Ayatollah named three principal supporters behind them; ‘the Number one behind all these is the Zionist regime; the USA is the second conspirator; and both of them are fed by the lucre of Saudi kingdom.’

Touching upon the attack on Saudi embassy in Tehran, the cleric condemned the move and added that there was evidence that the assaulters were guided by a group behind the scenario.
