President Hassan Rouhani left Tehran for Kabul Thursday morning to attend Noorouz festival in the Afghan capital.

President Rouhani is accompanied by Foreign Minister Miohammad Javad Zarif, Vice-President Masoud Soltani-Far and his cultural advisor Hessameddin Ashena during his visit to Afghanistan.

Many presidents, foreign ministers, senior official and dignitaries from around the world attend the Norouz festival in Kabul.
