Gaza has initiated a missile strike targeting the city of Ashkelon

Local media outlets have reported the activation of sirens in Ashkelon, a city within the occupied Palestinian territories. According to some sources, the sirens were prompted by rocket fire originating from Gaza.

Subsequent to the assaults, multiple detonations were reported in Ashkelon as well as in numerous Israeli settlements surrounding the Gaza Strip.
