The Syrian Army’s engineering units continued their clean-up operations in several newly-liberated towns and villages, and discovered several arms depots packed with large volumes of different kinds of weapons, military equipment and ammunition from the terrorist groups’ former depots.

A Syrian Army officer, meantime, said the Syrian Army found different types of Israeli arms, US TOW missiles, hundreds of thousands of bullets, different kinds of canons, tanks, machineguns and anti-tank arms which traceable to satellite systems.

The Syrian Army everyday finds military and logistical equipment made by the West, the US and Israel as well as certain Arab states supporting terrorists in its clean-up operations in areas recently freed from the ISIL terrorists’ control.

In a relevant development on Sunday, the Syrian Army discovered a cache of arms and military equipment, including the US and western weapons, during cleansing operations in Quneitra Province in Southern Syria.

A military source, meantime, said that the Syrian Army troops found state-of-the-art telecommunications systems and satellite equipment made in the US and other Western countries.

In a relevant development in mid-May, the Syrian Army seized a large amount of weapons and ammunition, including Israel-made weapons and military equipment in areas formerly held by the terrorists in Quneitra province.
