Hamas calls for Friday of anger against Israeli occupation

The Hamas Movement in al-Khalil has called on the Palestinian masses in al-Khalil province to participate in the protests of anger to be held on Friday against the Israeli occupation and the US recognition of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital.

In a press release on Thursday, Hamas urged al-Khalil residents to rally in large numbers at the junction of Bin Rushd in the city and then march en masse to flashpoint areas.

Since the US administration declared its Israeli capital recognition, angry protests have been taking place on a daily basis in different areas of the occupied Palestinian territories as well as in the eastern border areas of Gaza.
