Hamas mourns Martyr Abu Sorur, calls him “hero”

The Hamas Movement has mourned the death of martyr Abdul-Hamid Abu Sorur, who carried out a recent bomb attack in Occupied Jerusalem, describing him as a “hero.” In a press release on Thursday, Hamas affirmed that Abu Sorur was one its operatives in the West Bank.

The Movement highlighted that “the martyr’s pure blood would be like fuel for the intifada (uprising)” and that “the resistance would continue to defend its people and holy sites, and liberate the land regardless of the sacrifices.”

Martyr Abu Sorur, a young man from Bethlehem, died of serious injuries he sustained in a successful bomb attack last Monday on an Israeli bus in Occupied Jerusalem.
