US activist: Netanyahu ‘cruel, hateful’

A political commentator in Washington has accused Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of being a “cruel” and “hateful” politician who is pushing the Obama administration to go to war with Muslim countries and Iran.

Benjamin Netanyahu plans to meet President Barack Obama next month in Washington, where he is scheduled to attend the annual meeting of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC).

Observers say the meeting will be another opportunity for Netanyahu to put further pressure on Obama over Iran’s nuclear energy program.

The Israeli premier is a “maniacal, sadistic, cruel and hateful person who also has a hate for Palestinians and Muslims,” said Dr. Randy Short, a member of the Black Autonomy Network Community Organization.

“This man has a bloodlust against Muslims and Arabs in general, and his real political struggle to attack Iran is just a continuation of his blood sport,” Short told Press TV on Tuesday.

The African American activist said Obama and the Democratic Party is “just as war like as the Republican Party when it comes to Iran when they’re on the financial political campaign leash of Zionist interest.”

The US government is pressured to serve Israel’s interests due to the influence of powerful Israel’s lobby groups like AIPAC.

The AIPAC has been vigorously trying to convince US senators to approve new sanctions legislation against Tehran.

The AIPAC policy conference, which runs from March 2 through March 4, would be another stage for the group’s anti-Iran activities.
