Hamas Urges Worldwide Protests to Commemorate 600 Days of Barbaric ‘israeli’ Actions in Gaza

Hamas has issued a call for international demonstrations to commemorate 600 days of what it describes as "genocide and starvation" inflicted by Israel on the residents of Gaza.

On Tuesday, the Palestinian resistance movement renewed its appeal for international voices to speak out and condemn what it describes as the Israeli regime’s acts of genocide and the starvation of vulnerable civilians, including children and women.

The group has called upon organizations and institutions across the globe to intensify all forms of international action in urban centers and public spaces against the aggression, extermination, and starvation impacting their people.

A call has been made for worldwide demonstrations aimed at halting what organizers refer to as the “Zionist Holocaust.”

Hamas has issued a statement expressing a desire for the “coming days to be days of global rage,” urging supporters to engage in “demonstrations, marches, and mass sit-ins.”

In recent months, cities globally have experienced a surge of large-scale demonstrations and protests expressing solidarity with Palestine.

Protesters have mobilized across cities worldwide, including London, New York, Jakarta, and Cape Town, to condemn Israel’s intense military actions impacting Palestinian women and children. They are calling for an urgent cessation of the ongoing blockade affecting the coastal region.

Israel initiated a significant offensive on Gaza on October 7, 2023, resulting in the loss of over 54,000 Palestinian lives, predominantly women and children, as reported by Gaza’s Health Ministry.
