Hamas warns Israel of its persistent violations against detainees

Hamas spokesman Husam Badran said that the Israeli occupation state would be mistaken if it thought that its violations against the prisoners in its jails would go unnoticed as a result of the situation in the Palestinian and regional arenas.

In a press release on Thursday, Badran stated that Israel’s escalation of its violations against the Palestinian detainees is considered an assault on the entire Palestinian people.

The spokesman reminded the Israeli prison authority of the repercussions of the measures that it had taken against the prisoners last year, when the Palestinian street actively moved in support of their mass hunger strike.

He also warned that the Palestinian resistance would not remain silent if the occupation persisted in suppressing the prisoners in its jails.
