20 ISIS Terrorists Killed in Syrian Army Counter Attack in Deir Ezzor

More than 20 members of “Islamic State” terror group (ISIS, ISIL , IS and Daesh) were killed Saturday in a ferocious ISIS assault in eastern Syria, a monitoring group said.

At least 20 ISIS militants killed in the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) Counter attack when ISIS assault on government positions in the city of Deir Ezzor (Deir Ezzur) in eastern Syria, according to AFP quoted from opposition London based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR).
